About The Position

At Surpass Behavioral Health, Clinical Directors are empowered to focus on delivering exceptional care and making a lasting difference in the lives of those they serve. This role offers the opportunity to create meaningful change for individuals and families through research-based interventions and compassionate care. Surpass handles all administrative tasks, including credentialing, authorization requests, insurance denials, and RBT scheduling, allowing the director to dedicate their time and energy to clinical work. Requirements

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
At least three years or more working with children on the autism spectrum in a clinical or multidisciplinary team setting
Demonstrates integrity by following BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies

Compensation: Earn between $105,000-$115,000 based on experience and qualifications
