BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Clinic Based
About The Position
We are a center-based ABA provider focused on delivering high-quality, individualized care in a structured and supportive clinical environment. Our team prioritizes strong clinical outcomes while maintaining manageable workloads for our clinicians. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, center-based role during after-school hours. This position is ideal for clinicians looking to supplement their current role with consistent, low-stress evening hours in a single location. Compensation: $100–105/hour, with consistent weekly scheduling (15 hours/week). Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Reliable after-school hours with strong client attendance and minimal cancellations. All services provided in one clinic location (no travel).
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Nice To Haves
- Experience with pediatric autism services preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee a small, manageable caseload during evening hours
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs on-site
- Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed
- Collaborate with families and clinical team
