About The Position

We are a center-based ABA provider focused on delivering high-quality, individualized care in a structured and supportive clinical environment. Our team prioritizes strong clinical outcomes while maintaining manageable workloads for our clinicians. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, center-based role during after-school hours. This position is ideal for clinicians looking to supplement their current role with consistent, low-stress evening hours in a single location.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with pediatric autism services preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a small, manageable caseload during evening hours
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and support RBTs on-site
  • Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed
  • Collaborate with families and clinical team
