Join Arbor Day Farm as a BBQ Barista and help create meaningful guest experiences while advancing the Foundation’s mission right here in Nebraska City. You’ll report to our Porter’s Supervisor. You’ll collaborate with leaders and team members across the property, including Apple House Market. We believe in servant leadership, open communication, and growing talent from within. Our campus is guest-centered and hospitality-driven. Many roles require flexibility to support weddings, conferences, seasonal festivals, and signature events. We work hard, support each other, and believe if we’re going to do something — it’s worth doing well.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Be a team player.
• Responsibilities include taking and assisting with expo of orders, operating POS system, providing excellent customer service and sanitation of food prep areas.
• Spend your days in Porters. You will be a part of a team, working together to provide the best service and BBQ in Nebraska City.
• Always appear at work looking professional and well-groomed.
• You will gain valuable work experience that sets you up for other opportunities on our property.
