About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on Kitchen Team Member ready to grow into a kitchen leadership role. This position offers a clear path for someone eager to learn every station and eventually take ownership of running the kitchen. This role is designed for advancement. Team members who demonstrate consistency and leadership potential will be given increasing responsibility, including scheduling and ordering, as they move toward a kitchen leadership position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build real kitchen management experience from the ground up.

Requirements

• Willingness to work across all kitchen functions, from prep to line cook to cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Work the line during service, prepping ingredients and executing dishes with consistency and care.
• Maintain cleanliness standards, including dishwashing and general kitchen upkeep.
• As you grow into the role, take on leadership responsibilities such as writing staff schedules and placing supply and ingredient orders.
