About The Position

We are seeking a student with graphic design experience to support Limited Time Offerings, Event Graphics, Market Bundles, and other creative projects. Responsibilities include designing murals, posters, Global Event celebration materials, engagement activity pieces, and other visual communications. Candidates should demonstrate moderate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and the Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to create engaging, professional designs while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Requirements

Graphic design experience.
Moderate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
Moderate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
Moderate proficiency in Canva.
Moderate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to create engaging, professional designs.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Designing murals, posters, Global Event celebration materials, engagement activity pieces, and other visual communications.
Developing and implementing marketing or communication plans.
Writing, proofreading and editing communications or marketing materials.
Creating or designing creative content and materials for digital or print consistent with University branding.
Maintaining department website(s) or social media/digital platforms.
Performing video editing or video production.
Working with photo, video, and audio equipment.
Performing research and making recommendations around emerging marketing or social media trends.
Assisting with projects or initiatives supporting departmental goals.
Partnering with external vendors for events, print or photography.
Building and maintaining relationships with campus partners and external vendors.
Tracking, analyzing, and preparing reports on social media data and performance.
Performing all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission.
Complying with University policies.
Maintaining regular and punctual attendance.
