Join us and be part of our success! This position is responsible for adjusting breading machines to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to customer specifications. The role involves lifting and dumping bags of flour weighing up to 80 pounds, verifying correct ingredients are used, and interpreting/executing directions from product spec sheets. The operator will also adjust product flow. This is a safety-sensitive position.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a cold/wet environment (45 degrees Fahrenheit, 4 degrees Celsius)
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shift
- Will be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving equipment
- Ability to work in a dusty environment
- Stoop and reach overhead (bending and twisting)
Responsibilities
- Adjusting breading machines to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to customer specifications
- Lift and dump bags of flour weighing up to 80 pounds
- Verify correct ingredients are being used
- Interpret and execute directions from product spec sheets
- Adjust product flow
