Join us and be part of our success! This is a 2nd Shift position in the Further Process Plant, Department 152, as a Batter/Breader Operator. This role involves HEAVY LIFTING. The shift time is from 4:00 p.m. to EOS (End of Shift). The pay rate is $16.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms.
• The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 POUNDS.
• This is a safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required
• Operates a machine
• Makes sure that the machine is working properly
• Adjusts product flow from the machine
• Adjusts and checks equipment used for different products being run
• Makes sure that the right combination of breader and spices is being used
• Keeps the equipment clean
• Notifies management if there is a machine malfunction
• Maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner
