Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in bathroom or flooring products.
  • Basic knowledge of design principles and familiarity with design software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and customer interactions simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CAD or other professional design software.
  • Previous experience in a retail or showroom environment.
  • Certification in sales or design-related courses.
  • Knowledge of installation processes and building codes related to bathroom and flooring products.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with customers to understand their bathroom and flooring needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Develop customized design plans using industry-standard software and tools to visualize product selections and layouts.
  • Provide expert advice on product features, materials, and installation processes to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Manage the sales process including preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating with suppliers and installation teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings to provide relevant recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality installation of products.
