In-Home Bathroom & Flooring Sales Representative
About The Position
Premier Home Pros is expanding nationwide and actively seeking elite, high-performing in-home sales professionals who are ready to earn what they’re truly worth. If you consistently close at a high level but feel underpaid for your performance, this is your opportunity to step into a proven system with no income ceiling. We provide pre-set, pre-qualified appointments (customers call us), industry-leading product with top market reputation, a proven, high-converting sales system, weekly uncapped commission payouts, and rapid company growth and expansion opportunities. Our top performers earn $150,000+ annually, with many reaching $300,000. This is not an entry-level sales role. We are only considering experienced in-home sales professionals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of one-call-close in-home sales experience (home improvement preferred)
- Proven high closing rates
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work evenings and two Saturdays per month

- Run pre-set, company-provided appointments
