In-Home Bathroom & Flooring Sales Representative
About The Position
Premier Home Pros is expanding and actively hiring experienced in-home sales professionals for our Bathroom and Flooring divisions. This role is for proven closers in home improvement sales who are not earning what their performance deserves. The company provides leads, and the representative closes the deal with no income ceiling. Representatives run pre-set, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners who have requested consultations for bathroom remodels and flooring installations. This is not an entry-level role, and only experienced in-home sales professionals will be considered.
Requirements
- 2+ years of one-call-close in-home sales experience (home improvement preferred)
- Proven high closing rates
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work evenings and two Saturdays per month
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
- Extensive one-call-close in-home sales experience
