Renuity is seeking a 1099 Bath Installer to join their team. The role involves installing Kohler LuxStone products according to Renuity standards, applying finish work, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a contract position with guaranteed year-round work and the potential to earn $150 - $200k annually. Renuity is a growing home improvement company aiming to revolutionize the industry by making renovations faster, easier, and stress-free.
Requirements
- 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Knowledge of Residential Acrylic Baths, Stone Panels, or Walk-in Tubs
- Established LLC or Business
- Must have General Liability and Worker Compensation Insurance
- Cargo Van, SUV, or truck capable of pulling a trailer
- Must have trailer
Responsibilities
- Install Kohler LuxStone products according to Renuity standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
