We are seeking experienced Bath Installers to join our team as 1099 subcontractors. As a Bath Installer, you will be responsible for completing high-quality residential bathroom remodels while upholding Expo Home Improvement's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry, remodeling, or bath installations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow installation specifications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must have own tools necessary for bath installations.
- General Liability Insurance required.
Nice To Haves
- EPA Lead Renovator Certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Complete full bath remodels from start to finish, following company standards and installation procedures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism, clear communication, and high-quality workmanship.
- Supervise and manage an installation assistant, ensuring all tools, materials, and resources are prepared for each project.
- Follow installation guidelines and building codes to ensure compliance and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, troubleshooting any challenges that arise on-site.
