Requirements
- 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Knowledge of Residential Baths; walk-in showers, tub with surround, acrylics
- Established LLC or Business running under EIN
- General Liability and Worker Compensation Insurance
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
Nice To Haves
- Preferred equipment; box truck, enclosed trailer, or shuttle van and tools
Responsibilities
- Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
