About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Measure and mix raw materials accurately according to batch recipes and production schedules.
  • Operate and maintain mixing equipment, ensuring it functions properly and safely throughout the production process.
  • Monitor batch quality by conducting visual inspections and basic tests, reporting any deviations to supervisors.
  • Maintain detailed records of batch production, including quantities used, times, and any anomalies encountered.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to resolve issues and optimize batch processes.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas after each batch to prevent cross-contamination.
