About The Position

This role involves mixing raw materials according to production formulas and procedures, ensuring safe and consistent production by following established procedures and SOPs. The associate will perform quality checks, transfer raw materials, maintain accurate records, and operate mixing equipment. The position also requires supporting the pouring department and assisting on production lines when raw material mixing is not needed. Adherence to all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements is essential, as is the proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

Manufacturing experience preferred.
Basic math and recordkeeping skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a warm manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Must be able to successfully complete a post-offer, job-related background check and drug screening, consistent with business necessity and applicable law.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

Forklift Certification – training provided after hire by Aragon Elastomers.

Responsibilities

Mix raw materials according to production formulas and procedures.
Follow established procedures and SOPs to ensure safe and consistent production.
Perform titrations and quality checks to verify materials meet specifications.
Transfer raw materials between tanks, drums, and shipping containers using pumps, pressure systems, and other equipment.
Maintain accurate batch records, production documentation, and container labeling.
Operate mixing equipment, scales, and related manufacturing equipment.
Support the pouring department as needed.
When raw material mixing is not required, assist on production lines and with other manufacturing activities.
Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
Properly wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE).
