The Batchmaker will produce quality products as scheduled and on time and will be responsible for completing daily production requirements by following the production schedule. This role involves maintaining assigned equipment through required inspections, preparing and completing the pre-compounding process, and producing quality products by following batch ticket instructions, sequences, and quality control procedures exactly. The Batchmaker will also document raw material usage and any discrepancies, prepare and deliver batch samples to the Quality Control Laboratory, and control the reintroduction or remix material into the mixers per Quality Control batch ticket instructions. Maintaining a clean and safe work area, facility, and equipment is crucial, along with properly storing supplies and removing empty raw material containers. The role also requires participation in physical inventories, cycle counting, and contributing to team efforts by assisting in any required area. Additionally, the Batchmaker will train designated employees on compounding procedures and participate in investigations as assigned.
