About The Position

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring enthusiastic and dependable After-School Basketball Instructors to lead fun, engaging basketball programs for elementary-aged students throughout Tampa and Hillsborough County. If you enjoy coaching, mentoring, and helping children build basketball skills while developing confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship, we'd love to hear from you. Requirements

• Comfortable working with students in grades K–5
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout Tampa and Hillsborough County
• Dependable and punctual
• Must successfully complete the required school district background check and fingerprinting process

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging basketball sessions for elementary students
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and activities
• Teach basketball fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Supervise groups of approximately 15–25 students
• Encourage participation, confidence, and skill development
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership
