About The Position

Frozen Ropes is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Baseball Coaches & Instructors to join our coaching staff beginning this Fall. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves teaching the game and wants to make a positive impact on young athletes. You'll work in a player-development focused environment that combines travel team coaching, private instruction, clinics, camps, and year-round baseball programming. We're looking for coaches who bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for helping players improve both on and off the field while creating a positive and challenging learning environment.

Requirements

Played baseball through at least the high school level
Passion for teaching and developing young athletes
Strong communication and leadership skills
Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism

Nice To Haves

Collegiate, professional, or other advanced playing experience
Previous baseball coaching or instructional experience
Experience working with players of various ages and skill levels

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor Frozen Ropes travel baseball teams
Provide private and small-group baseball instruction
Lead clinics, camps, and player development programs
Teach hitting, fielding, throwing, pitching, baserunning, and game strategy
Help players build confidence, improve fundamentals, and develop a high baseball IQ
Create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment
Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and fellow coaches
Represent the Frozen Ropes culture and commitment to player development
