This position reports to the Base Manager and the Director of Operations. The Base Supervisor is accountable for managing all operational and customer relations staff in the Guest Relations Department at their assigned base. This role involves checking for reservation errors, coordinating with reservations for scheduling, and ensuring effective seat utilization and customer experience. The position requires maintaining compliance with Blue Hawaiian’s General Operations Manual (GOM) and FAA administered Operations Specifications. Duties may overlap depending on operational needs.
