Requirements

Current Arkansas RN or Paramedic license/certification (or compact) with 3 years of critical care experience.
All qualifications required for Flight Nurse or Flight Paramedic position.
Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to effectively manage and lead clinical staff in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
Commitment to excellence, integrity, and safety in all aspects of their work.
Passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Nice To Haves

Prior flight and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Directly supervising clinical staff and overseeing daily operations within the assigned area.
Creating and managing staffing schedules.

Maintain full-time flight status to ensure operational efficiency and readiness.
