Requirements
- Current Arkansas RN or Paramedic license/certification (or compact).
- Minimum of 3 years of critical care experience.
- All qualifications required for Flight Nurse or Flight Paramedic position.
- Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Nice To Haves
- Prior flight and supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervising clinical staff and overseeing daily operations within the assigned area.
- Creating and managing staffing schedules.
- Identifying personnel and systems concerns.
- Working collaboratively with leadership to develop action plans for resolution.
- Maintain full-time flight status to ensure operational efficiency and readiness.
