As the Base Clinical Manager at Survival Flight in Searcy, Arkansas, you will play a critical role in directly supervising clinical staff and overseeing daily operations within the assigned area. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing staffing schedules, identifying personnel and systems concerns, and working collaboratively with leadership to develop action plans for resolution. Requirements

  • Current Arkansas RN or Paramedic license/certification (or compact)
  • Minimum of 3 years of critical care experience
  • All qualifications required for Flight Nurse or Flight Paramedic position
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to effectively manage and lead clinical staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to excellence, integrity, and safety
  • Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
