About The Position

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience installing and maintaining building automation systems.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of building automation systems and their components.
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
Nice To Haves
- Technical training or certification in building automation systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of BAS installers in installing and maintaining building automation systems.
- Plan and organize daily team tasks, assign duties, and ensure work is completed on time.
- Train and mentor new team members in proper installation techniques and procedures.
- Ensure work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to support timely project completion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising during installation.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
- Communicate with clients about project progress and address concerns or questions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
