BAS Controls Technician III
About The Position
HTS Engineering Ltd. is seeking a BAS Controls Technician III to install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Building Automation Systems (BAS) and related control hardware. The position involves diagnosing software, hardware, and communications issues; testing system points; evaluating system performance; and modifying BAS control logic and programming as needed. The role calls for experience as a BAS technician, controls integrator, or service specialist, including hands-on familiarity with platforms such as Tridium, Distech, Honeywell, or KMC. Requirements
- Experience as a BAS technician, controls integrator, or service specialist.
- Skill in BAS troubleshooting, commissioning, and system-level diagnostics.
- Hands-on experience with Tridium, Distech, Honeywell, or KMC platforms.
- Ability to develop and edit BAS graphics, logic, and control sequences.
Responsibilities
