About The Position

Provide attentive beverage service to guests in a dynamic hospitality environment. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and accurate transaction records.

Requirements

Must meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol in the jurisdiction of employment.
Previous experience in bartending, beverage service, or a related hospitality role preferred.
Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Prepare and mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
Greet guests, take drink orders, make recommendations, and deliver prompt, courteous service.
Operate point-of-sale systems, process payments, and reconcile cash and sales at shift end.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, glassware, utensils, and equipment.
Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management or suppliers.
Verify customer age, practice responsible service, and comply with applicable liquor regulations and safety policies.
