Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for bartending roles)
• Must have current TABC & FHC certification
• Must complete Levy certification and required training policies prior to working
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Team player with a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

• Previous food service or bartending experience preferred (VIP bartenders should have cocktail experience)

Responsibilities

• Serve food, snacks, and beverages to fans efficiently
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (bartending role)
• VIP Bartenders will be responsible for preparing full bar cocktails
• Beer & Wine staff will focus on pouring/opening beer and serving wine (tips included where applicable)
• Provide friendly and engaging customer service
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines
• Work as part of a high-energy team during games and events
