About The Position

Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row Nashville is looking for Bartenders to join our team! We're searching for a candidate who can deliver amazing hospitality experiences to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding their expectations. You will prepare craft cocktails, special requests, pour beer and wine. You will also take orders and prepare drinks for guests at the bar and complete ticket orders that have been rung in by other team members. The role requires keeping the bar clean, tidy, and organized, monitoring guests' consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service, and assisting other associates as needed to meet guest's needs. Occasionally, you may work special events.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• A guest-oriented mindset.
• Prior bartending experience.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
• Necessary food and/or alcohol certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver amazing hospitality experiences to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Prepare craft cocktails, special requests, pour beer and wine.
