About The Position

Hotel Wildemont, Autograph Collection is seeking an outgoing and friendly Bartender to craft and serve drinks, provide exceptional customer service, and create memorable guest experiences. The role calls for a passion for mixology, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of a wide range of drinks. The hotel is an upscale boutique property in Mountain Brook, Alabama, offering elevated Southern hospitality, a rooftop restaurant and bar, a spa, culinary experiences, event spaces, and an art gallery.

Requirements

• Preferably 1 year of bartending experience.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and drink and wine merchandising specials.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology.
• Meet the minimum age requirement of the jurisdiction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
