About The Position

The part-time Bartender provides beverage service at a residential community in Kissimmee, Florida, working with a property management company. The role involves preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing friendly service to residents and guests, maintaining the bar, monitoring supplies, ensuring responsible alcohol service, and supporting community events. The hourly pay rate is $18.00. The stated schedule is Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of bartending experience in a hospitality, restaurant, or private club setting.
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to multitask, track orders, and maintain cleanliness.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events and peak service times.

Nice To Haves

• TIPS or ServSafe certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring quality and consistency.
• Welcome and engage with residents and guests, building rapport and providing a friendly, professional experience.
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Track liquor, mixers, and other bar supplies and assist with ordering to maintain stock levels.
• Check IDs, follow responsible alcohol service guidelines, and help maintain a safe environment.
• Support themed nights, community gatherings, and private events.
• Collaborate with the property management team to align bar operations with community events and resident expectations.
