About The Position
Smith & Wollensky is seeking skilled and experienced bartenders to join its team in Miami, Florida. Bartenders typically have at least two years of fine-dining experience and a solid base of wine, beer, and liquor knowledge. The company is looking for personable team members with a passion for hospitality who thrive in a team environment. The listed salary range is $30.00–$45.00 per hour. Open availability for day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays is preferred. Smith & Wollensky offers training programs across career tracks, one-on-one support for career growth, and competitive benefits. New hires must complete Form I-9 and participate in the federal E-Verify process.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working in a high-volume, high-end environment.
- Excellent knowledge of fine wine and cocktails.
- Personable, with a passion for hospitality and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
