About The Position
Smith & Wollensky is seeking an experienced Barback to provide general assistance to the bar staff. The role includes glass-washing, batching, restocking beverage products, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area and beer cooler. Barbacks also assist guests as needed. The position is located in Miami Beach, Florida, and pays $15.00–$17.00 per hour. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Keep the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glasses, napkins, and other necessary items before and during service.
- Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, and change beer kegs.
- Wash glasses and assist bar staff, including with batching and restocking beverage products.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area and beer cooler.
- Assist guests as needed.
- Clean up spills and organize the counter.
- Handle emergencies such as cleaning up broken glasses and clearing clogged drains.
