This role is crucial in ensuring guests leave with a lasting impression by providing excellent customer service, assisting with food and beverage selections, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
Basic math skills (able to add, subtract and count change back to customer).
Legible handwriting.
Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
A valid Operator's License.
U.S. Work Authorization.

Nice To Haves

Wine experience and/or certification.
One year bartending experience.

Responsibilities

Serve customers and present great customer service by providing information to help with food and beverage selections.
Create and present order choices.
Maintain a great dining experience by promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Take customers’ food and drink orders.
Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner.
Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials.
Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards.
Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed.
Process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company.
Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests.
