About The Position

40North Restaurants is hiring Bartenders for our new restaurant opening this fall. If you enjoy connecting with guests, making great drinks, and working with a team, we’d love to meet you. 40North Restaurants is the full-service division of Villa Restaurant Group, a family-owned, multi-brand restaurant company. Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized during busy shifts.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails and serve beer, wine, and other beverages according to recipes and service standards.
• Welcome guests, take orders, and make beverage recommendations.
• Process orders and payments accurately.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow responsible alcohol service procedures, including checking identification.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with the service team to keep service running smoothly.
