About The Position

40North Restaurants is hiring Servers to join our new restaurant opening this fall. We’re looking for friendly, attentive team members who enjoy helping guests have a great dining experience. 40North Restaurants is the full-service division of Villa Restaurant Group, a family-owned, multi-brand restaurant company. Come meet us and help create a great experience for our first guests!

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tables during busy shifts.
• A dependable, team-focused approach.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Learn the food and beverage menus and make recommendations.
• Take orders accurately and communicate special requests or allergy concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Enter orders and process payments accurately.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to deliver food and drinks promptly.
• Keep your section clean and complete opening, closing, and side-work duties.
• Support fellow team members during service.
