About The Position

Coury Hospitality has an amazing opportunity as a Bartender. This is a role for a mixologist with personality and performance skills. As a Bartender, you are the architect of the moment — crafting bold drinks and setting the tone for a lively guest experience. Behind the bar, you’ll mix precision with showmanship. You’ll own the bar space, deliver signature cocktails, and create memorable moments one pour at a time.

Requirements

• 2+ years bartending in a fast-paced, premium venue
• Can work a packed bar and still make every guest feel seen
• Know your spirits, wines, and craft cocktail trends
• Bring charisma, poise, and consistency to every shift
• Are flexible on nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Mix classic and signature cocktails with accuracy and flair
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and guest-ready at all times
• Connect with guests while managing high-volume service
• Ensure proper ID checks and responsible alcohol service
• Collaborate with servers and barbacks to keep service flowing
