About The Position
The Berry Hill Resort & Conference Center—one of Virginia’s premier destinations for weddings, dining, and special events—is seeking a part-time Bartender to join our team. This role serves across our on-site restaurants and banquet operations, delivering exceptional service in a truly unique, historic setting. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine, and thrives on creating memorable guest experiences while building lasting connections.
Requirements
- Previous bartending and restaurant experience required
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for guest service
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding, timely service in both bar and table settings
- Craft cocktails and deliver a memorable bar experience for every guest
- Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems
- Collaborate with Front Desk, Kitchen, and Sales teams on business levels, specials, and group events
