About The Position

The Bartender works at LeBar in Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile, curating memorable drink experiences and guiding guests through a journey of flavors. The role provides attentive, personalized service, builds meaningful guest connections, and helps create an inviting atmosphere where guests can relax, share food, and enjoy company.

The Bartender recommends spirits, craft cocktails, and draft beverages; offers informed menu suggestions; and maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in accordance with food and beverage standards.

Requirements

• Be legally eligible and have current work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive and personalized service at LeBar.
• Guide guests through flavors and the beverage experience.
• Create meaningful connections and leave guests with a positive, lasting impression.
• Create a warm, inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Recommend spirits, craft cocktails, and draft beverages.
• Guide guests through the menu with helpful and informed suggestions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in accordance with food and beverage standards.
