About The Position

The AM Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for dining guests and helps create an exceptional guest experience by greeting guests warmly and providing attentive, confident service. The role leads front-of-house operations, handles guest feedback with care, and supports the dining area by setting and cleaning tables as needed. The position is part-time at Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile.

Requirements

Maintain a guest-centered focus and a calm, courteous demeanor during busy periods.
Have strong communication skills and a polished, professional presentation.
Navigate front-of-house operations with ease.
Think on your feet and perform well under pressure.
Collaborate with teammates, solve challenges creatively, and lead with warmth and empathy.
Be legally eligible and have current work authorization to work in the United States.
