Requirements

• Prior experience as a bartender.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine-pairing options.
• A proactive and thoughtful nature.
• A professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and welcome guests authentically with warm, emphatic hospitality.
• Stay curious and knowledgeable about product and service standards to elevate each guest’s experience.
• Maintain efficiency while ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Use appropriate language and demeanor with team members and guests at all times.
• Provide responsible alcohol service.
• Mix and serve quality traditional and creative cocktails while delivering excellent customer service.
