About The Position

Torchy’s is seeking outgoing and friendly Bartenders to provide a Damn Good experience for every guest. Bartenders provide full-service dining, including knowledgeable menu guidance and cocktail preparation according to Torchy’s recipes. They help create a welcoming environment, deliver prompt and accurate service, maintain a clean and organized bar, and work collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

• A current state-required alcohol-server license, such as TABC, TIPS, or ABLE.
• Availability for varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods.
• Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various heights.

• Previous experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a friendly, outgoing manner and create a welcoming environment.
• Prepare and serve cocktails according to Torchy’s recipes, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Learn the menu and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide prompt and efficient service, handle orders accurately, and ensure guests have what they need.
• Keep the bar clean and organized, restock supplies, and follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
