About The Position

Parc 55 San Francisco, a Hilton Hotel, is seeking a Bartender to join the Cable 55 Restaurant team. The Bartender prepares and serves beverages while creating memorable guest experiences through friendly, attentive hospitality. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining an organized bar, and providing accurate, high-quality service.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous food and beverage and/or bartending experience.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong English communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management.
• Must meet California’s legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, and beverage preparation and service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and providing attentive guest service.

Nice To Haves

• Current TIPS, BASSET, or equivalent alcohol service certification.
• Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special.
• Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables.
• Use the point-of-sale system to process cash, credit and debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers accurately.
• Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of beverage-related items.
• Address guest concerns professionally, including handling situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect to maintain a safe environment.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
