About The Position

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and look for ways to make guest experiences special.
• Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Stock and organize beverages, glassware, and perishable supplies.
• Use the point-of-sale system to accurately process cash, credit and debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers.
• Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of beverage-related items.
• Handle situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect while maintaining a safe environment.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
