About The Position

Torchy’s is seeking outgoing and friendly Bartenders to provide a Damn Good experience for every guest. Bartenders deliver full-service dining, including menu knowledge and cocktail preparation according to Torchy’s recipes. The role involves engaging with guests, preparing and serving cocktails, making menu recommendations, providing prompt and accurate service, maintaining a clean and stocked bar, and working collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

• A current state-required alcohol-server license, such as TABC, TIPS, or ABLE.
• Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs.
• Able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods.
• Able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various heights.

• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner and create a welcoming environment.
• Mix and serve cocktails according to Torchy’s recipes while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Learn the menu and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide prompt and efficient service, handle orders accurately, and ensure guests have what they need.
• Keep the bar clean and organized, restock supplies, and follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
