About The Position

At Tailwind Hospitality, the Bartender provides exceptional service and prepares beverages for travelers in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere and memorable guest experiences. It also involves keeping the bar clean and organized, monitoring inventory, and restocking supplies as needed. The position requires compliance with alcohol-handling, health, safety, sanitation, and company policies. Applicants must be able to pass a background check to receive an Airport Security Badge, have reliable transportation, and provide proof of completion of a state-mandated or otherwise accredited alcohol service training program. Requirements

Proven bartending experience.
Comply with food and beverage regulations.
Hands-on experience with bar utensils and equipment.
Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
Must be able to pass a background check to receive an Airport Security Badge.
Reliable transportation.
Proof of completion of a state-mandated or otherwise accredited alcohol service training program.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area and follow alcohol-handling, health, and safety regulations.
Date, label, and rotate beverage items appropriately.
Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations during peak hours.
Address and resolve customer issues or concerns professionally.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
