About The Position
As the bartender, you will be responsible for bringing your ultra-friendly personality to bear while taking orders, mixing drinks, and chatting up customers. This role involves making and serving drinks, checking guest identification for age verification, setting up portable bars, and thoroughly cleaning and organizing the bar area.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience
- Current Food Handler’s Permit
- Capable of thinking on their feet
- Able to keep up in high-pressure situations
Responsibilities
- Make and serve drinks to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
- Set up a portable bar in the function area.
- Break down and clean bar thoroughly and return all supplies to their proper area.
