About The Position

The Bartender position involves a comprehensive knowledge of English to communicate effectively with guests, associates, and vendors. The role requires the ability to accurately report information and scrupulously follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures. Attending required meetings is also a part of the job function. This role accounts for 90% of the overall appraisal score, with the remaining 10% based on Professionalism and Style Expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.
• Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
• Hearing, writing, typing.
• Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.
• High school education preferred.
• Relevant training and experience required.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates.
• CPR training and first aid training preferred.
• Additional language ability preferred.

Responsibilities
