About The Position

Maleza is looking for a part-time Bartender to join their team. The ideal candidate will have great energy, sharp instincts, and a love for hospitality. This role involves crafting cocktails, pouring wine and beer, maintaining the bar, and creating a welcoming guest experience. The bartender will work closely with the service team to ensure a smooth operation and represent the Maleza brand.

Requirements

• Open Availability
• 1 year prior bartending experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Calm under pressure, fast on your feet, and detail-oriented
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to commute to Palm Springs, CA 92262 (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Crafting cocktails, pouring wine & beer, and delivering consistent, high-quality drinks
• Keeping the bar stocked, clean, and running smoothly
• Creating a welcoming, fun, and polished guest experience
• Working closely with the service team to keep the night flowing
• Showing up ready to hustle, collaborate, and represent the Maleza brand
