Maleza is looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead service, support the team, and help drive the energy of one of Palm Springs’ most exciting dining experiences. This role is all about operations — running a strong floor, creating unforgettable guest experiences, coaching a high-performing team, and keeping service smooth, polished, and fast-paced from open to close. We’re looking for someone who thrives in the middle of the action, leads confidently under pressure, and genuinely loves hospitality. At Maleza, we blend the energy of Mexico City with elevated food, cocktails, music, and atmosphere. Requirements
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong floor presence and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
- Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and guest experience
- Nights, weekends, and holiday availability
Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations and service execution
- Coach, train, and motivate FOH teams
- Maintain strong labor and operational controls
- Support guest satisfaction and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and service standards are consistently maintained
- Help create a positive, upbeat, accountable team culture
