About The Position
The Mimosa House is a lively and welcoming brunch destination known for exceptional service, handcrafted cocktails, and a fun, team-oriented atmosphere. We are looking for an experienced, energetic Bartender to join our team and help create memorable guest experiences. The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, knowledgeable about cocktails and beverage service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is required.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience required.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess any required certifications or permits.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mimosas, beer, wine, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations.
- Process guest orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Assist servers and support staff as needed during busy service periods.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
